BenefitBooklet was built for benefit professionals who handle sensitive employer and plan information. Protecting customer data is a core part of how we operate.
Your data stays private
Every customer account is fully separated from every other account. Uploaded documents, client records, and generated benefit guides are accessible only to authorized users within your organization. Your data is never sold, and it is never used to train shared AI models.
Secure file handling
Files you upload and the benefit guides we generate on your behalf are protected both while moving between systems and while stored. Access is limited to your account and the people you invite to it.
Responsible AI processing
Carrier proposals you upload for extraction are processed through secure commercial AI services governed by data protection terms. Your documents and the data extracted from them are not used for public model training.
Backups and reliability
Customer data is backed up on a regular schedule and operated on monitored infrastructure with recovery procedures designed to reduce downtime and prevent data loss.
Account security
We use secure authentication and session management practices designed to protect access to your account. Additional enterprise-grade security controls will continue to roll out as the platform grows.
Data ownership and deletion
Your data belongs to you. You can export your generated benefit guides and account data at any time. After you cancel, your data is removed from active systems following our standard retention window.
Compliance posture
BenefitBooklet is designed primarily for employer-level and plan-level workflows, not member-level medical record storage. Customers are responsible for determining whether a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required for their intended use case. Additional security and compliance documentation is available upon request.
